The combined site draws over 250,000 visitors annually, with peak attendance during the Edison Festival of Light in February. On-site parking is limited to roughly 200 spaces; the surrounding McGregor Boulevard street parking fills first on festival weekends.
Group tours require advance reservations through the official estates website. For school field trips and larger heritage groups from Cape Coral, one charter bus handles the 20-mile run across the Cape Coral Bridge to McGregor Boulevard and waits on-site through the tour.
